International event promotion and PR for Scottish food and drink brands.
First with the Scottish Development Agency, then with its successor Scottish Enterprise and their exhibitions arm, Trade Promotions Scotland, Geraldine Hill of flying monkey worked to promote trade exhibitions around Europe – working with top Scottish food and drink producers, chefs and restaurants, plus international trade and consumer media, to promote sales to international retail and restaurant outlets.
